Purchasing Prints from Lost-Ink

The price of each print is listed on the individual product page, simply click the "Purchase" button and select the payment method.  If you wish to pay by check or money order please contact us.

The price listed for each print includes all taxes, shipping, insurance and handling charges.

All Prints are shipped in a ITOYA®, acid and PVC free PolyGlass™ envelope suitable for storage.

Returns are accepted for any reason, no explanation is necessary. Request for return must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. A small fee of $25 will be charged for all returns and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.  The return print must be insured for the full purchase price.

A refund will be given only if the print is in the same condition it was in when shipped from our gallery.  Any package that arrives damaged should be refused.  If you find that your print is damaged after opening the package please contact us rather than the shipper. We will arrange to have the package returned and a full refund will be provided.
